The WKH Assessment and Development Centers are complex programs that simulate business situations the participants can be confronted with in their current/ prospective position in the company.
WE KNOW HOW Assessment and Development Centres are complex programs that simulate real situations that the participant can encounter during his day-to day activity. These situations are provocative, and their difficulty and complexity level is adjusted to the complexity and responsibilities of the participant` s job. Some of the issues included in the exercises are unpredictable; the time is strictly limited, so that the participant must engage with all his knowledge and personal resources in order to solve the exercises. The exercises can be approached individualy or in groups. The participants are included in the same assessment scenario, which is customized in order to be relevant for the actual business activity and to stimulate the competences’ manifestation.
