Hr for Non-Hr Program aims to develop the abilities of people management for second line managers or for new appointed managers, with emphasis on the following skills and knowledge:

This program will take place in several modules, with the following themes:

Aims ownership, by all participants, of a coherent system of recruitment and assessment, in order to eliminate the subjectivism of this type of activities, to create a common system of references to those who are involved in the proecss and thus to eliminate discrepancies between the assessors on the same candidat, and transforming the recruitment process in an efficient, objective, strategic, one for people management.

Aims ownership, by all participants, of the notions, principles and objectives of performance management. Develop the necessary skills to display assessment, feedback and coaching. managing assessment's sessions. Managing over and underperforming employees.

Aim ownership, by all participants, of the notions of developing employees potential, and understanding the process and means used for this purpose. Developing skills to identify the development needs of employees and establish a development plan, but also understanding the concept of motivation, and the relationship between this and performance.

Aims to address key concepts, strategies and methods regarding restructuring and reorganization, with useful practical applications. This program addresses both the upper echelon of managers and specialists in human resources dealing with issues of reorganization and restructuring in their companies.

Duration:

Each module lasts 2 days, and the group should be composed of maximum 12 participants.

Tools and teaching techniques:

Courses are experiential, with role exercises built on a specific scenario, debates and case studies, all having a share of 70% of the time.
