Hr for Non-Hr Program aims to develop the abilities of people management for second line managers or for new appointed managers, with emphasis on the following skills and knowledge:
- Employee recruitment
- Employee Assessment
- Employee Development, the career plan
- Restructuring and Reorganization
Ongoing:
This program will take place in several modules, with the following themes:
1st Module. Employee recruitment and selection. Labor law regarding personnel's employment.
2nd Module. Personnel's Assessment. Coaching and feedback. Labor law on dismissal and underperformance at work.
Aims ownership, by all participants, of the notions, principles and objectives of performance management. Develop the necessary skills to display assessment, feedback and coaching. managing assessment's sessions. Managing over and underperforming employees.
3rd Module. Employees' development. Career Plan. Retention and personnel motivation.
4th Module. Restructuring and Reorganization.
Aims to address key concepts, strategies and methods regarding restructuring and reorganization, with useful practical applications. This program addresses both the upper echelon of managers and specialists in human resources dealing with issues of reorganization and restructuring in their companies.
Duration:
Each module lasts 2 days, and the group should be composed of maximum 12 participants.
Tools and teaching techniques:
Courses are experiential, with role exercises built on a specific scenario, debates and case studies, all having a share of 70% of the time.
