Methodology
The programs consist in simulating challenging situations, customized to provoke the manifestation of some competences, attitudes, conceptions, values, motivation – that we want to develop, in accordance with the needs of the organization. The exercises are followed by debriefing, and aim to provoke an insight on the difficulties encountered as well as on the activated resources. The programs take place in sessions, and a session lasts one day. The frequency of the sessions is variable, it can be intensive (for instance, 5 sessions in one week) or it can take 6 months (the length between 2 sessions can not be more than a month).
